From start to finish the service to replace the old pool drum was done quickly and with no hassle for me. I hired Poolwerx to fix my pool pump because it stopped working. They came by, checked it out, and replaced the broken part. It didn’t take long, and they explained everything as they went. The price was reasonable, and the pump works fine now.

Zodiac Chlorinator failed just after one year - I took it back to the pool shop in Claremont where I purchased it, thankfully it was covered under warranty. However, they would not exchange it, instead sent off an email to Zodiac. I contacted Zodiac after a week of hearing nothing. It would have been cheaper for me to purchase a new cell rather than wait. See photos of my pool below. Ivan of PoolWerx in Beaumaris was prompt at treating my pool, came when he said, tested all the equipment and swapped over the damaged cell for the replacement. The team in the shop are always helpful and polite. I will not be going anywhere else in the future. Green pool after one week of no cell, Clean pool after 4 days.
