Theresa is fantastic- polite, knowledgeable and really helpful. She tests your pool water tells you what you need to do and never pushes you to buy. She gives great advice in an easy to understand way. Big fan. The shop is also immaculate.

Ring first. And only go to the store when Teresa is there. She is the go-to expert in pool maintenance. Around Dalkeith, if you use the expression "Saint Teresa" you will think of Poolwerx. Time and time again I have needed help and St Teresa has come to fix my pool.
