We are relatively new clients and we're lucky enough to have James from the first visit. James's attention to detail and genuine care stands out massively he takes the time to call once he's finished if I'm not home and explain any issues and he leaves my pool area and garden clean and tidy . Please ensure you're technician James reads this as he was absolutely amazing from start to finish even following up with me later in the afternoon in case I had come up with any extra questions. My partner works FIFO so often trades see a female as a easy extra $$ but despite thousand questions James not only answered he went on to show me and explain in great detail.Well done poolwerx mindarie for being so efficient and James I can't thank you enough for taking the extra time I'm sure I seemed dumb but you made me feel at ease
