I went in to Poolwerx Kenmore as a new customer in November 2024. I was fortunate to meet the new owner Andrew who conducted my water analysis. Andrew took the time to explain to me why I needed a few more products other than the standard salt and acid I have been using. One month on and 300mm plus of rain the pool looks fantastic.

Great service from these guys. Upgraded my old Zodiac pump cleaner that had been a good servant for 8 years but after chatting with the team and borrowing a store robot cleaner, decided to upgrade. Tried their basic robot cleaner which was great and then jumped on the Poolworx special for the Zodiac robot that was a massive upgrade. Not sure I would have paid the RRP but the deal pre Christmas was a ripper so after some good advice, I’ve ended up with a great cleaner and the pool has never been cleaner. Thanks guys.
