I went into the Elanora store to get the pool water tested on 21 December 2023. The service was great. The lady who served me was knowledgeable and extremely helpful. I was able to get the water tested very quickly and the one item that I needed was in stock. I was also given instruction on the best way to add the product to the pool. Very professional service from the lady who served me and I’m very grateful for the help.

Dean is simply fantastic! He's extremely knowledgeable about all things pool-related and always goes above and beyond to ensure his customers are satisfied. Dean's attention to detail and excellent customer service skills are second to none. He's friendly, approachable, and takes the time to explain everything clearly. I highly recommend Dean to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy pool expert!

Incredible service! They were there the same day I booked. Great communication and turned up when they said they would. Invoice received the same day and offered for me to re-book. I can highly recommend this business to deliver!

EDIT: In hindsight, my critical review of the business because of one less than brilliant staff member was a bit harsh, hence this edit from a 1 star to a 4 star. The service provided was actually very good (as mentioned by the owners response) - the attitude & demeanour of a different staff member behind the counter, not so much (to be diplomatic at best).
