Hey thanks Steve/Kirsten and team. I can’t thank you enough for the help recently. Pool pump suddenly stopped working. Kirsten went above and beyond to help me trouble shoot but we ascertained the pump was cooked. She arranged a new one immediately and even gave me installation information so I could avoid extra installation fees. Brilliant service. See you soon I’m sure for the next broken thing. Good afternoon, All. I would like to respond to a review that was left by one customer about Poolwerx Applecross. As I do believe, this is a case of SOUR GRAPES 🍇 and someone out to discredit another hard-working business. I have had dealings with Poolwerx Applecross for the past eight months. And, I have never had a problem with the team or management at any stage. Moreover, Steve, the owner, is one of the nicest managers/man I've ever had dealings with. And his sales team and poolwerx technicians. Are all in my book more than happy to always be ready for any situation, good or bad, that is thrown? Their way. I can't say enough about a more friendly team and support staff. In this field. So, on this basis, I can't see why someone would attack this business in such a dramatic manner. This is never called for in any situation, or at any time, when the whole team is hard working from the top down through the sales team to the fantastic technicians. So, I hope the individual will take a breath. And think about his defamatory review. And think more about the hard working, under the pump people who work their guts out, day in and day out to make sure the customer is 100% happy with their work. And I must add just a few more things. If you need any size pool cleaning, looked after or anything else associated pools. Poolwerx is the "team" to beat. And that goes for every store Poolwerx owns.
