6 STARS for our fantastic pool technician, Matty. He keeps our pool in tip-top shape all year round. He is always cheery and helps us understand the workings of our pool. The back end of Poolwerx works efficiently to support him which makes the service seamless. We’ve been customers of Poolwerx Lower North Shore for almost 15 years, across 2 homes and we have always been happy with their service and support.

Just wanted to call out the services of Matty who, in addition to having an impeccable nickname, treats our pool as if it were his own. What comes through is his passion for the delicate interplay between all the variables that can make pool water good or bad. His patience in explaining the chemistry to those who failed the subject in high school while applying his knowledge to perfecting his potions is akin to watching a benign version of Walter White from "Breaking Bad". Most important, Matty's an honest dealer who focuses on minimising costs; he'll do the electrical himself, for example, instead, of recommending an electrician who charges like a wounded bull. The name Matthew roughly translates into "gift of God" in Hebrew, and I'm fairly certain Matty from Poolwerx Mosman was put on Earth by some higher being to keep our pool sparkling.

I just wanted to thank Matty for his incredible help keeping our pool in tiptop shape. He is great at educating us on pool upkeep and always goes above and beyond to ensure we can enjoy our pool year round. Thank you poolworks and especially Matty for all of your help!

Matty is our pool technician from Poolwerx and he has frequently given solid and appropriate advice for our ageing Strata pool in Cammeray . Recently we installed a new acoustic filter box and again, Matty, was more than helpful in advice as to what is needed for the size of our pool, our equipment , which is existing and working well, “so no need to change it”, timing for the now fully automated cleaning system and ways of saving electricity. Matty’s knowledge goes beyond the job at hand as he is acutely aware of climate conditions, safety and best practice in keeping standards high with value for money. Our Strata Committee is pleased to have Matty from Poolwerx on board.

I don’t even have words for how amazing David from Poolwerx Mosman has been. In his own words, my pool needs are “complicated” and I have not been able to find anyone who could work it all out- until David. He wouldn’t let the challenge go and got it all working and looking sparkling. His service felt like a family member who cared so much to make sure everything is perfect. In a world where many places don’t even return your call, I received a luxury treatment for my luxury pool. No matter what your pool needs, I 100% recommend David and his team.
