Highly recommend these guys. We had an issue with our pool and weren’t happy with the quote we got elsewhere. The Poolwerx office (Greg) was genuinely helpful and efficient and the tech we had (Alex) was fantastic. Not only diagnosed and fixed the issue on site, but also reconfigured our kit while we was on site to give us a temporary solution to other concerns he found, and gave practical advice to help us work out the best longer term solution. It’s a relief to have the issue sorted and feel like we have advice we trust and understand.
