I came in for advice about fixing a pool leak. Instead of giving me some generic advice, Marty took the time to deep dive into possible causes, some of which I hadn’t even considered. Not only did I leave the store feeling humbled over the fantastic customer service but also saved me spending thousands on unnecessary parts.
Will be updating our pool in the short term so will be back and will have no problem mentioning this again when someone asks about a pool shop.

Our pool was a mess - a storm washed a huge amount of dirt and debris into it, far beyond what I could rectify myself
