Our pool filter finally gave up the ghost after more than 20 years faithful service. I popped in to Poolwerx, Baulkham Hills on Tuesday, 27 February 2024. Tim provided a quote on the spot after looking at photos of our existing set-up. Deposit paid and the install was scheduled for the very next day. Adrian and Bryson arrived and it was obvious that it was going to be a tricky install as the new filter just managed to squeeze into the existing filter box. After just over 5 hours, the old filter had been removed and the new one was in place. Numerous new pipes had to be cut to ensure a good water flow. Great job by Tim on the sale and follow-up and terrific service by Adrian and Bryson on site. So, in less than 48 hours from my initial enquiry, all was complete.
