I had a green pool cleaning service completed and was really happy with the price, service and the result. Another pool company tried to tell me that it wasn’t possible to rectify without purchasing over $2k of equipment from them which was not true as the pool is now blue and balanced.

My older parents have been to pool works a few times now and yesterday again for some advice and supplies. They couldn’t speak highly enough of the fantastic service they received. The two young men were more than happy to help with all the questions my parents had and even helped carried salt bags to the car. Bevin, who was attending the shop at the time, was happy to explain to me the options that are available, how to determine which one is the correct size for my pool, and the pricepoint including installation. I got what I needed pretty quickly and had a good experience. Accessibility may be the downpoint if you don't know the area, but I knew the area well and parked near IGA Beverly Hills, so I had no issues.

We tried these guys after a constantly turning green pool with no one else able to resolve it. We were given advice (ie reducing our salt levels) and as mentioned the pool turned crystal clear there after. These guys have now become our go to pool shop. Thanks.
