Poly Plus Algaecide

The Vitalyse Poly Plus Algaecide is a quality algaecide that is designed to keep your pool healthy. It can also be used for pink/mustard algae and bacterial growth.

General Instructions:
Algaecide products must be used with a registered sanitiser when pool is used for bathing.
To prevent the water from appearing hazy Poly Plus Algaecide Algae Treatment should NOT be added for at least 48 hours after super-chlorinating the pool. However, during dosing this time delay is not required. Use product monthly or is under high bathing load use weekly.

Clean the pool thoroughly, brush the walls and floor. Vacuum Pool.
Adjust pH to between 7.2-7.6, and chlorine concentration to 1.5-3ppm. Filter as normal.
Add Poly Plus Algacide after swimming has finished for the day, as determined from table. Do not add via skimmer box, predilute in pool water and broadcast across water surface.
Allow a few days for the product to clear algae-infected pools. To remove blackspot and other growths on walls or floor, brush walls and floor of the pool thoroughly with a stiff brush. Allow sediment to settle for 2-3 hours then vacuum directly to waste.

Winter Maintenance:
Use as a winteriser in non-swimming months to keep pools free of algae. If the pool is not intended to be used for bathing as such during winter, Poly Plus Algaecide may be used without sanitiser for algae control.

Storage and Handling:
Store in closed original container in a cool, dry place. Do not store in direct sunlight. Dispose of the container by triple rinsing, adding rinsings to your pool and wrap the container in paper disposing of it in the garbage bin.

Safety Directions:
Will damage eyes and will irritate the skin. Avoid contact with the eyes and skin. When using the product, wear rubber gloves. Wash hands after use.
