Just want to thank the guys at Poolwerx Springfield Lakes for their honest and prompt service. I recently purchased a new robotic pool cleaner and their advice and comprehensive knowledge of pool care made my decision a lot easier. They really took their time to explain everything and have followed up post my purchase to ensure that everything was working well and that I was comfortable in the operation of the new cleaner. I visited Poolwerx Springfield Lakes today to buy a replacement hose for a small sand filter I use. Although Dan was unable to assist (deals primarily in larger scale pools/filters, etc.), he was very helpful and informative, happily redirecting me to a competitor that would probably stock the item. 30 minutes later I was on my way home, new hose purchased and ready to fit. I'm always very grateful when someone offers me honest and objective advice, especially if it's of no benefit to them. I'm therefore grateful to Dan and wish him all the best for the future.

I'm a new customer of Poolwerx Springfield Lakes. A part broke while one of their techs was applying plumber's tape to it. He told me he'd get the part as soon as possible. The store manager was out sick for that week and the part could not be shipped to them/me in time for me to enjoy my long Easter 4-day weekend. Someone drove to the supplier of the part, got it, and had my regular pool guy replace it. They were down a person & flat-out so no email or txt was sent, but afterwards they explained their situation that week. Thanks Dan, Chris, and Lee for helping me enjoy my pool!

We recently purchased a spa and had been struggling to get the chemical balance right. Dan has gone above and beyond to help us through this, always being the voice of reason and giving great advice both in store and over the phone. Dan even did a call out after he had finished work for the day when we were at the end of our patience with the spa. We cannot recommend these guys highly enough.
