I was recommended this place when my pool went green. They helped me treat it overnight, when I'd been trying to fight it on my own for months!! The staff there are amazing. They take the time to explain how the chemicals work and don't make you feel stupid for asking any questions. They know what they're talking about and can think outside the box of the paper report and tell you what you really need to do. I had gone to other pool places before who just printed a report and told me to put in whatever chemicals the report suggested, which didn't help the pool at all. But the Poolwerx staff gave me separate step by step advice that was easy to follow and fixed the pool so fast! Highly recommend them.
