Had a drama with my pool so put in a request to Cassie to see if they could attend. Arrived 10.30 next day. I was also impressed with Cassie’s (Poolwerx Ellenbrook) knowledge of swimming pools. She was an extremely pleasant person. Walked me through the problems with pool and promptly fixed them. Very well priced and thank god Ellenbrook has now an extremely professional pool service. Would recommend people not go anywhere else.

After an horrendous experience with another company, I jumped on google to find someone else, that someone else was Cassie from Poolwerx Ellenbrook. She was amazing! She organised ordering some filters for me and today she and her assistant came to clean and service my spa. She was very thorough, helpful, nice and did a fabulous job….heck she even brought my bins in for me after the rubbish truck went past!
