I am a new pool owner and have been visiting poolwerx Albany creek for all my water testing and any accessories needed. I also booked a handover service to gain a better understanding of how to care for my pool Ian visited on a Friday afternoon and spent some time explaining the ins and outs of my system, he also cleaned the pool and removed some black spot algae while here Ian was knowledgeable and patient with my never ending questions, friendly and did a fantastic job The entire team has been nothing but fantastic to deal with Thanks guys !!

Great service. Good product options (they have low cost options, but also really good equipment). Can't believe how quiet the Insnrg pump is. Had them out to fix a few issues with chlorinator etc. Incredible response, really knowledgeable. Nice staff who seem to like their job. Will keep getting these guys to service our pool, as it's never looked better.
