I nearly never write any reviews but I was so impressed with the service from John at Poolwerx that I thought it would only be fitting. I was in a pickle house sitting for a friend and the pool filter was reading just under 30 psi. I wasn’t able to get in contact with pool service technicians as they were all booked out. I called up Poolwerx and within 5 minutes John was able to identify the issue, help me locate the filter and get its model number. Then he instructed me over the phone to pull of the pool filter give it a clean and put it back in place safely. Considering it was my first time doing it all I was surprised by just how simple John made it all and valued his patience and clear instructions. After the fix the pool filter pressure gauge is back to around 15 psi and the pool vacuum is running smoothly. I will be recommending Poolwerx to all my friends. Saved me a lot of stress effort and time. I can’t thank you enough.

The shop staff and owner are very friendly, professional, easy to talk to and understand and extremely informative, they helped me with all my pool needs, including some repairs, new equipment and they even helped me service the pool by their trustworthy pool technicians whom where very polite and ontime guys, they took pride in their job always smiling, they gave me heaps of excellent and reliable advice, was very reasonable pricing overall, with some good quality equipment and chemicals! I felt like i was in the right hands and in the end my pool has never looked so crystal clear ! Definitely using these guys regularly!!! I would highly recommend Poolwerx Joondalup

Very friendly and reliable team at PoolWerx Joondalup!! I'm a first time pool owner for 5 years now and they have been the only pool support I've needed. Regular water testing and the right information given to you by their staff is guaranteed.. I was also fortunate enough to win a door prize at the store and I was over the moon when I got the call (best pool cleaner!!). We had an issue with our pool pump. We had used Poolwerx Joondalup before and so did not hesitate to contact them again. Within 3 hours, new pump was in and a better system for handling back-flushing. First class service !

Contacted the Owner Peter to explain my pool pump had seized, after short discussion he suggested the correct pump for our pool. Within 3 hours he had delivered it so I could get it fitted before the pool went any greener. He followed up to make sure all was ok and the chemicals he advised to use have brought it back to pristine condition. Service over and above my expectations. Thank You Peter
