The schedule of your spa maintenance routine is entirely up to you! If you want your spa to be at its best 24/7, we recommend our regular weekly maintenance service which includes cleaning, balancing water chemistry, and inspecting equipment to prevent costly spa repairs.

Alternatively, if you prefer seasonal care, consider our seasonal spa maintenance package which includes a  spa maintenance service every three months. If you’re unsure of which package is best for you, chat with our friendly local Poolwerx team.

The inclusions of a typical spa cleaning service can vary depending on your chosen spa package. Our regular spa service includes spa vacuuming, cleaning filters, balancing the water chemistry, and wiping down the spa surfaces to ensure it's clean and safe to use. Chat with our Poolwerx team to learn more about which cleaning services are included in our packages.

Spas can consist of a number of spa valves which are prone to leaks. If you experience a spa leak, contact Poolwerx for a professional. Our spa technicians can quickly identify leaks in spa pumps, jets, or pipes to prevent further damage. We do not offer spa repairs.

Between spa services, regularly check the water chemistry, clean the filters, and remove debris from the spa to maintain cleanliness and prevent equipment failure.
