Aaron began superbly looking after our crazy large, very high maintenance pool earlier this year when our old company retired. He’s always friendly, courteous, enpointe with his chemicals, does an absolutely amazing job and knows how to have a laugh. He answered my call even though he’s on holidays (Christmas) when I was asking advice after the bucketloads of rain and leaves we’ve had this past fortnight. Aaron, very patiently & explicitly walked me through what to do step by step and even offered to pop in and check the following afternoon if I was still concerned, even though he’s on holidays and not due back for weeks. Pool is back to sparkling again the same as when he does it, just in time for Christmas and I cannot express how grateful I am. Highly recommend this business. The bloke definitely knows his stuff!

My pool was going green and very cloudy and my pervious pool shop did nothing to help so I decided to go to Poolwerx and I am so glad I did. Within 1 day it was looking much better and now it’s crystal clean. Thank-you so much for your help and taking the time to explain things to us. Never go anywhere else again.
