I cannot remember my technicians name but he was wonderful at assisting with my pool issues, spent more time with me than planned as it didn’t go as expected. Despite running late from a previous job he stayed until the work was complete and was upfront about further work that was required without charging me for the extra time that day. Lovely and professional technician

I came to Salisbury Poolwerx as I knew they would have all the items I would need for the spa that came with a house purchase. As a novice to spas Talisa was super knowledgeable and went well and truely beyond what I expected by answering many questions to ensure that I got my spa working at its best and the water at its best quality. All items and filters were available in store. I will come back to have the water tested. Service can sometime be lacking in stores but in this store service and relationships is number 1. I would recommend this business to friend and relatives requiring a quality product from a friendly staff member. Keep up the good work.
