I have been using Poolwerx Bribie Island for many years. Always outstanding service. Rachel is just amazing and really knows how to look after our pool. Such a lovely personality and my staffy loves her visits. We had all our palm trees removed around our pool yesterday and as a result it was a big mess. I did the call out to Poolwerx and I had both Rachel and Graham come out first thing this morning, and they worked their magic and got it back to looking amazing. I was so grateful They really go above and beyond

I write this review regarding Rachel (#1)who has been cleaning my pool for over 2 years and I could not be happier with her services. She is always reliable, extremely professional and very organised. Her demeanour is a breath of fresh air: consistently smiling, and willing to attend to any issues that could be a pool problem. The house is always guarded by 2 big dogs, and Rachel is amazing with both. They are eager for her regular visits and ensure she is welcomed with their slobber, their fierce tails and at times a jump to her shoulders. If any family needs their pool attended to, I highly recommend they request Rachel’s services. She goes above and beyond and is a complete natural with providing customer service. If it weren’t for Rachel’s ongoing assistance, I would not have the pool in such good condition. I hope Poolwerx realise they have a gem on their team – she is priceless.
