Trinity's Story
Trinity Overduin’s relationship with Poolwerx is more than just professional—it’s deeply personal. Her journey began when her parents purchased a mobile Poolwerx business in 2004 and later opened a retail location in Mt Gravatt in 2008. Immersed in the Poolwerx culture from an early age, Trinity developed a passion for the business that shaped her career path.
A Foundation of Family and Community
Growing up in her parents’ franchise taught Trinity the value of community and strong customer relationships. "I watched my parents build relationships with clients, which made a lasting impression on me. It’s about more than just pools; it’s about creating lasting memories for families," she recalls.
In January 2017, Poolwerx offered Trinity's parents the opportunity to join the growth team in the United States, prompting their relocation to Dallas, Texas. After graduating from high school in 2018, Trinity sought ways to stay productive before college, which led her to work at her father’s Poolwerx retail location. Initially helping move chemicals to clients' cars, Trinity gradually expanded her role, improving her client relations skills, deepening her product knowledge, and embracing innovative practices.
By January 2023, Poolwerx USA invited her to join their Support Center as a retail specialist, where she focused on training and opening new retail stores across the U.S. "It was an incredible opportunity to grow professionally while contributing to Poolwerx's expansion," she says.
Upon turning 21, Trinity faced a pivotal decision as her journey in the U.S. came to an end. After a brief stint in finance back in Australia, she quickly realized her passion lay in working with people. It wasn’t long before she found her way back to Poolwerx, this time with Poolwerx ANZ PSC. "I couldn’t be more grateful for the opportunities that Poolwerx has provided for me and my family. I wouldn’t trade this experience for the world."
Now focused on Learning and Development, Trinity is committed to nurturing the same culture that shaped her. "I’m passionate about ensuring that our franchisees feel supported and valued. Every client interaction is an opportunity to create memorable experiences, and I’m dedicated to helping our partners achieve that."
With a deep-rooted connection to Poolwerx and a clear vision for the future, Trinity is excited to help others create their own success stories, just as she has.
