To better understand our clients’ needs and preferences, we conducted the Poolwerx Brand Research Study using the 10 THOUSAND FEET online survey tool. This survey was designed to gather insights from a broad and representative sample of pool owners and decision-makers across Australia and New Zealand.
The sample size included 120 respondents each from New South Wales, Victoria, and Western Australia, 200 respondents from Queensland, and 160 respondents from New Zealand. Market Position: Similar to Australia, Poolwerx services are ranked No. 1 in awareness, consideration, 12-month purchase recency, and preference for pool servicing in New Zealand. These rankings underscore our ability to consistently meet the needs of Kiwi pool owners.
Customer Satisfaction: Net Promoter Score (NPS)
Customer satisfaction is at the heart of our business, and we are proud to maintain a high Net Promoter Score (NPS). NPS is a widely used metric that measures customer loyalty based on their likelihood to recommend a business.
